We loved our entire stay!!! Positive: Fantastic location in a quiet, upscale neighborhood (pub on the block was perfect) Communication was great Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Negative: Loved it all

My stay was satisfactory and rewarding. Positive: location, privacy, connectivity, cleanliness, showers, kitchen, comfort, no noise, no smoking, secure neighbourhood, friendly environment, accessibility to shops, malls and restaurants and train station. Negative: check out time was not user friendly, at least allow a two hour late check out, not strict to 11 am and early check in from 3 pm, does not make sense and it is not attractive to guests with late flights to catch. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LACK OF HUMILITY TO ALLOW A LATE CHECK OUT EVEN FOR AN HOUR. Another thing, there was no trash bags in the apartment, how you expect the guest to maintain cleanliness without provision of enabling amenities?
